Google API Data Usage
The application used for managing Google-related workflows ("google-martech-mcp") is an internal tool used solely by Secure Innovation Systems to manage our own connected Google services. It is not distributed to or used by any third party.
Data Accessed: We access data from Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center - specifically account/property configuration, performance and reporting data (traffic, conversions, search rankings, ad performance, product listings), and, where authorized, the ability to modify these configurations (tag containers, campaign budgets, product data, spreadsheet content).
Data Usage: This data is used exclusively to monitor, report on, and manage our own marketing and advertising operations. It is not used for any purpose beyond our internal business operations, and is never used to train AI/ML models.
Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose any Google user data to third parties. Data flows only between our internal tooling and Google's own APIs.
Data Storage & Protection: OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a Cloudflare Workers KV namespace, accessible only to our infrastructure. Access tokens are short-lived and cached separately. No credentials are stored in plaintext or in application source code.
Data Retention & Deletion: Tokens are retained only as long as needed for active use and can be revoked at any time, which immediately deletes the stored token and revokes it at Google. To request deletion, contact [email protected].
